Regional Board Meetings are open to all members of the Region unless the Regional Commissioner declares a portion of the meeting closed to members to discuss something confidential.
Meetings are the second Monday of each month (except for holidays in which it will be moved to the third Monday of the month) and are held at Mimi's Cafe located at 4030 Barranca Pkwy Irvine 92612.
